If It’s Not the Right Fit
If something you ordered from Harorix doesn’t work the way you expected, you can reach out to us and request a return. We understand that every repair is a little different.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
- It hasn’t gone through heavy or long-term use
- It’s been kept in a reasonably neat condition
- Any original packaging is still there when possible
This helps us make sure products can still be handled properly.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can send an item back within 60 days of receiving it. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, as we need to keep inventory and product standards consistent.

Refunds
